Elite Two (or Cameroon Deuxième Division) called MTN Elite Two for Sponsorship reasons, is the second division of the Cameroon association football league system. It is organised by the Cameroonian Football Federation. Teams get promoted to the Elite One and get relegated to the Regional Leagues

Camerouns Elite Two er den næstbedste række i det camerounske fodboldsystem. Ligaen består af 16 hold, der spiller en hjemme- og udekamp mod hinanden i løbet af sæsonen. De to øverste hold i ligaen rykker op til Elite One, mens de to nederste hold rykker ned til Nationalligaen.

Elite Two blev grundlagt i 1960 og er siden blevet en vigtig del af camerounske fodbold. Ligaen er kendt for sit høje niveau af konkurrence og for at være en talentfabrik for fremtidige Elite One-spillere.
