The Albanian Cup (Albanian: Kupa e Shqipërisë) is the main "knockout" competition in Albanian football. The competition started in 1939 as Kupa e Mbretit (English:"The King's Cup"). The cup was suspended for the next eight years as the Second World War started. It started again in 1948 as "Kupa e Republikes" (English: "Republic Cup") and from 1991 as "Kupa e Shqipërisë" (Albanian Cup). Today it is the second most important competition in Albania after the Kategoria Superiore.
The winners of the Cup automatically earn the right to participate in the 1st qualifying round of the Europa Conference League.
**Albansk Pokalturnering (Kupa e Shqipërisë)**
Alba-Cup, som det også kaldes, er Albansk fodbolds nationale pokalturnering. Den blev første gang afholdt i sæsonen 1938/39 og er blevet afholdt hvert år siden, undtagen under Anden Verdenskrig.
Turneringen er åben for alle albanske fodboldklubber, uanset division. Holdene spiller over to kampe med udebanemål, og finalen spilles på en neutral bane.
Vinderen af Alba-Cup får billet til UEFA Europa League.
De mest succesfulde hold i turneringens historie er:
* FK Partizani: 19 pokaler
* KS Dinamo Tirana: 18 pokaler
* KS Tirana: 16 pokaler
