The Korvpalli Meistriliiga (KML), known as the PAF Korvpalli Meistriliiga for sponsorship reasons, is the top-tier men's basketball league in Estonia. The league is organized by the Estonian Basketball Association.
The competition was founded in 1925. From the 1998–99 season until the end of the 2001–02 season the league was organized by the Eesti Korvpalliklubide Assotsiatsioon (English: Estonian Basketball Clubs' Association). As of the 2018–19 season, Estonian-Latvian Basketball League regular season games count towards the KML standings. The games are played under FIBA rules. The most successful team in the competition is Tartu Ülikool (University of Tartu), with 26 titles. BC Kalev/Cramo are the defending league champions.

Estland - KML er den bedste basketballliga i Estland. Ligaen blev grundlagt i 1992 og består af 12 hold. Det mest succesfulde hold i ligaens historie er BC Kalev/Cramo, som har vundet 12 mesterskaber. Den nuværende mester er BC Pärnu.
KML-ligaen spiller efter FIBA's regler. Den består af en grundspil og et slutspil. I grundspillet spiller hvert hold 22 kampe. De øverste otte hold kvalificerer sig til slutspillet, som spilles i et bedst-af-fem-format.
KML-ligaen er en af de stærkeste basketballligaer i Østersøregionen. Ligaen har produceret flere spillere, der har spillet i NBA, herunder Kristjan Kangur, Martin Müürsepp og Siim-Sander Vene.
